Day 14 of 28: What Does A Typical Day In Your Life Look Like?

At the moment a typical day in my life is pretty boring and bland to some but chill and fun to me.

On the weeks I work at the bank I go to work come home work out and literally relax the rest of the day.

On the weeks I don’t work at the bank, I sleep until daylight, get up, Snapchat, sit around (snapchatting) for an hour, workout, and chill the rest of the day.

A typical day in my life is pretty chill and laid back all the time!

Day 8 of 28: What Would You Say To A Younger Version Of Yourself?

I would say, “keep strong, it will get better. Close your eyes, dream big, and write it all down on paper. Make it plain don’t second-guess yourself, and remember it is always your time.”

I would elevate my younger self, helping her to believe that just because others don’t believe you doesn’t mean it didn’t happen.

I would encourage her at all times, helping her to remember that she can do all things with Christ who strengthens her, and no matter what there will be better days!

Day 6 of 28: What Has Been Your Greatest Success In Life So Far?

My greatest success is so far will be graduating college and becoming committed to (marrying) the greatest man I know.

These are my greatest successes so far because they are both things that have helped me grow so much in all areas of my life.

By graduating college, it has help me realize that I can do all things that I put my mind to and if I strive for perfection I will come very close to it, succeeding every time.

By getting married and becoming committed, it has help me grow into someone who is not self-centered, someone who is respectful, someone who cares about what happens to someone else, and so much more.

The successes is listed above have established stability and growth in my life which is why they are both equally as great.

The Truth About Insanity Max: 30- My Experience!!!

Insanity max 30 has been the toughest workout completed today. I mean I literally wanted to get up give up everything will day and although I only have three workouts lift is still hard to push through.
Struggles are real and no matter how long you’ve been doing something there is always room for improvement. I’d like to say I am going to push myself to do this program again (back to back) but truth is I’m honestly not sure I’m ready for that.
My main focus right now is getting my nutrition 100% under control. I have spurts where I’m on task to the letter and I see numbers drop and then something seems to come up distracting me and getting me completely off task. In January, I stayed on task and did not deviate and then The Super Bowl came. After The Super Bowl, my cycle came, which seemed to cause more deviations and I haven’t really been back on track (food wise) since.
Starting today I will be making a meal plan that I know I can’t stick to and that I know will not be boring or repetitive.
Step one is admitting that the first program I chose for the year was amazing but was not for me. It’s an advanced workout and although I can and do push myself it was still a little too tough for me and I will not make the same mistake.
My next program starting March 6th will be between 21 Day Fix, T-25, Rockin’ Body, or Core De Force. I plan on finishing with flying colors and being down at least 10lbs (mark my words… this is my accountability)!!!

The Expect Effect: Expectation Revelation

Expecting From Good WILL Get You Something.

Expectation- The act or state of looking forward with confident belief & strong hope that a particular event will happen.

Acts 3:1-10
1.)Expectation Is Built In A Right Atmosphere
Move out of your lame situation to build expectations. Be grateful for the situations but expect better results/solutions. Get out of that situation mentally and watch God move on your behalf.
Expectation is built in the right atmosphere. New expectation will not arise looking at old circumstances.

2.)Faith Alone Can Only bring You To The Gate.
God is not afraid of my wildest dreams, hopes, prayers, and desires (Take The Limits Off).
You must align your thoughts with what you expect for your life & your future.

3.) Expectation Is Built When You Are Focused On Who You Are Expecting To Receive From.
Genesis 22:14
Good is my source and with that my expectation automatically increases. No matter what IT IS God can supply IT.
Isaiah 40:12-31
He gives power to the weak and strength to the powerless.

4.) Expectation will produce what you need and not just what you want.
Ephesians 3:20
Deuteronomy 8:18

When We Focus Ourselves To Focus On Him We Gain Clarity

3-Point Checklist: True Friend

1.) A true friend will enter into your experience

What this means is that a true friend will not allow a long distance friendship. Those friendships where they keep their distance and say “I’ll pray for you.” You don’t need friends that are going to just “pray for me” you need a friend that’s going to show up.
This means you don’t need a friend who is only going to stand with you when things are looking good or only when you are right/ doing right. You need a friend that is going to stand with you even when your choices are a little shaky or your decisions are little questionable. I’m not saying they condone your mishaps, I’m just asking that they not be condemning.

If you have one of those friends who are always there with their hands out but when you are down they are nowhere to be found, I suggest you to put a check mark by their name and reevaluate if that person is your true friend.

2.) The true friend will encourage you to endure.

This means that a true friend is there to give you a helping hand to get you back on track. It is important that I don’t allow someone in my life who is going to come around with the wrong type of negative energy.
A true friend is not going to make you feel worse off than you already do. You don’t need an analysis of what is wrong with you. You just need a friend who is going to show up and encourage.

If you have one of those friends who is always making you’re already questionable situation worse by adding unneeded discomfort and negativity I suggest you put a checkmark by their name and reevaluate of that person is your true friend.

3.)A true friend is not envious of your elevation.

This means no matter what God does in your life a true friend is going to be happy for you and they’re going to want to be right next to you.
A true friend, the one who technically should have received a blessing before you, is not going to be upset by your gain. Instead, they are going to celebrate with you and realize that their time is coming.

If you have one of those friends who is always jealous or envious of the blessings that you gain I suggest you put a checkmark by their name and reevaluate of that person is your true friend.
